Almost by accident, I learned from the EXP Desk that my eVIPs were not being taken out of my account in order of expiration date, but rather at random, with eVIPs expiring in 2006 being used for travel this month instead of the end-of-the-month-use-it-or-lose-it eVIPs expiring February 28, 2005! My account has been corrected. Has yours?
