This does not seem to understand you are logged in (It shows login where it should show your name)

This again a part of the website which ignores or does not understand you are logged in so no special numbers are displayed.
I have raised this with the Premium Customer Team (7/6/25) but have not had any response as its clearly a "Customer Service Failing". Luckily the out of office email from that team gives you the number.
Its quite strange how BA thinks that hiding the phone number for customer service (no physical cards either remember) is a good look for a product that costs 40K
