I did the Gold status match from Southwest and I'm ready to buy my first Frontier ticket in several years. Last time I bought it at LAX to save the CIC. Does anyone here know what hours the counter will sell me a ticket for a future date? I can't recall whether or not the hours are limited.

Also, will I lose any Gold benefits such as refundability for voucher by buying a Basic ticket the counter? I have only a small carryon not even a roller bag.
