Did you ask them to move credit from one of the cards that you know should have been closed?
No and I assume they could not have done that anyway. She said she cleaned those up and removed them from being included in my total credit limit. I had an existing CIU for that business with $30k so I told her to split that between the 2 cards - so new CSR Biz got $15k from there.
If I need to move things around some more from other Biz cards under other businesses I can now do that myself online.
