Yes, that should be ok. If you want to see it you can put the new itinerary through the validator yourself, this way:

Edited to add: for us to give you hints to maximise the miles/points/etc., you should tell us what FF program you would be crediting these miles to, and also what class of xONEx you plan to buy.
