Huh? Having done this many times in T1 the "staff intervention" consists of telling me what to do with the automated system.

Am I wrong that there have been issues with UO-CX or CX-UO transfers and lounge access that many have argued would make such transfers more attractive? Divorcing the terminals entirely makes this worse.
