The earliest full Island Hopper going westbound if you can leave no earlier than the evening of the 17th will be on October 20th; that will put you in GUM on the evening of the 21st. How you want to spend the time between than and the 26th is up to you - you can stay in Guam; hop on another UA flight to another island, Manila, or Japan, or simply go back via HNL (but flying GUM-HNL nonstop). It’s really a matter of personal preference - I would at least stay a day on Guam and check it out a little bit. If you’re into travel, maybe hit up as many UA ex-GUM routes as you can, even pay a visit to SPN Lifer
Alternatively you can fly to HND/NRT and get a few days in Japan before flying HND/NRT-LAX.
