Thank you for this, very useful. May I ask (if anyone knows) whether these guidelines refer to only revenue tickets? Or do they cover QRPC redemptions as well?

And for those who don't depart from an airport with one of the OW airlines mentioned, say my original redemption ticket is BKK-DUB, does it mean they will issue only reroute / reissue to KUL-DOH on MH followed by DOH-LHR on BA, and I have to fork out additional cost for BKK-KUL on MH and LHR-DUB on BA?
