The oneworld business lounges at T3 are nicer than the BA business lounges at T5 (especially CX and QF) but it will be a complete ordeal to access them without a departure from T3 (this would involve clearing security twice and getting security to escort you from the airside area of T3 back to the landside/transit area so you can take the bus to T5).
I would never ever recommend it especially if you're unfamiliar with LHR or your connection isn't at least 5+ hrs. Just follow flight connections when you land and head straight to T5 and use the BA lounges there.
