I hope this is the right forum. Flying YYZ-IAH-HNL next month. Connection time between flights is 63 minutes, which is legal as far as I know. I did not book this flight and would prefer more time to connect.

1. Is that enough time with a checked bag?
2. If not, recommended course of action ?
3. If the connection is missed, am I at the mercy of United as too which routimg they can put me on?
