Ah, duh why didn't I think of that... Just checked and it's 209 GBP on Autoslash vs 184 GBP on Costco for the same manual midsize SUV, so yeah Autoslash is 25 GBP more.
Well, I guess if there's no way to guarantee an automatic transmission otherwise on Costco, then I may have to suck it up and pay the 274 GBP on Autoslash. I'm gonna give Costco Travel a call and see if that does anything.

Dang, that's crazy - less than €20 a day... Any tips and tricks? I've gotten $25-30 per day rates before, but my 4 days from LHR is almost that price.
