I am on an Aegean flight IST-ATH in September, connecting to Air Canada to YYZ. Flights were booked by a cruise line. I'm trying to make seat selection, but am told I must pay. Do Star Alliance Gold members from other airlines get free seat selection? What about for 'front' of the cabin seats or exit rows? Thanks.
