ExpertFlyer Voice , I’ve just logged onto the new website and noticed that all of my previous paid invoices have disappeared. Under “My Account” > “Subscription”, there’s no longer any option to view, download or print invoices for past payments.
I urgently need access to these invoices for tax compliance, as my tax deadline falls at the end of this month and I am legally required to provide supporting documentation. Could you please advise how I can now access and print my past invoices? If this functionality has been removed, it’s a significant issue, as providing access to invoices is not only necessary for customers but also a legal obligation in most jurisdictions.
