Unfortunately, i am not hopeful that this benefit will remain for any PP linked card. As fewer and fewer premium cards offer it, there is less incentive for the remaining ones to do so. Furthermore, I suspect as the contracts with PP expire for each restaurant, they will not renew either without PP paying more, which I suspect PP is reluctant to do, or backing down on the number of visits one can use per year (which several have already done.)

Since Chase and Cap1 joined Amex in the Lounge game, there is no longer any reason for them to play the game.
i could foresee the bank cards without affiliation setting up some sort of reciprocal agreement with one of the big three for admission to their clubs and dumping the restaurant benefit.

I am not going out of my way to get another premium card just to have that particular benefit
