Current datapoint -- hard no at CGK today. Agent said the only way to make a change was to call reservations. They wouldn't even print my boarding pass for the flight later in the day; I would have to come back at T-3 when the counters opened for my flight.
This is a kick in the nuts, I've always had issues with OLCI and just assumed you could get a BP if the desk was open. Would be very frustrating to have to sit landside vs the lounge.
