For anyone else stuck, we went landside and first check-in (OW emerald) resolved it in under 5 mins. Business check-in was also pretty quiet. There was one person in front of us in the queue.

Taking a day in Doha now to try and recover. 23.5h at DOH is too much. Hopefully tomorrow evening the flight will go.
