Because it's a responsible economic choice, unlike something
without Economy in the name, which can only be afforded by billionaires once or twice in their lives
(I do think the Premium "Economy" cabin name was a marketing coup, evidenced by the fact that airlines seem to be getting more revenue per cabin area than any other cabin.)
