Comments: Initially upgraded to a "higher floor, better view" room. Halfway through my initial booking I asked to extend by one night; at that point they offered that they could now upgrade me to a suite, so I moved for the second half (plus the additional night). Quite nice to offer this proactively. Also got a complimentary 6pm checkout.

Comments: Initially booked one night through the app at 11:45pm and showed up at the hotel 10 minutes later, so obviously no room had been assigned. The FDA offered me a choice between the original room type with a water view, or a larger room without water view. I took the water view. The next morning I booked another 5 nights and the same choice was still available; went for the larger room. At 68 sqm it's bigger than what many hotels call a suite. Massive bathroom.
