Thanks for sharing, that is very helpful. The app still shows a refund fee for me though. So, I assume you have to call but unfortunately when I call the USA number is just says the line is busy. My flight is tomorrow and although it says No Show penalty is waived, not sure I would trust it. Will try again later.
