You need to go to rewards.aerlingus.com to search for flights. You will need an Aerclub account but you do not need to have Avios in your account to search for available flights so once you found what you are after you can transfer your amex points and book (I believe this is a near instant process but I'm not sure on that).
Just FYI when searching there is a 60 day black out on most flights when booking avios rewards (not completely but on most routes you won't see anything within 60 days) and business class transatlantic options are very sparsely available.
