Damn. Stuck in this hell now. I get the email to add the child to my household but after inputting my date of birth, the page where you enter all of their details has most of the inputs disabled (you can see disabled if you inspect the code of the website).
Hard to fill out date of birth and gender when it doesn’t let you click it

Login to your BAEC account
Under My Account, go to My Household Account
Then Manage My Household Account
Add New Member
Add child 1 (I added two children. With the first one I could use the same email address as my personal BAEC account)
Once the email arrives, I log out of your BAEC account and clicked the link. If I didn't log out, I received the 'invalid link' error. (I tried a new browser window before (didn't work) but not incognito or a different browser)
Once you have opened the link from the email, enter the DOB for the head of the household (in this case, me)*
You fill in the long BAEC application form and ignore the ? icon near the DOB fields that shows that age restrictions apply, which put me off from completing it*
Submit the form and you will shortly receive confirmation of the person being added to the household, to your own email account, and an email to the email address used in their application with their BAEC club number
*I assumed that clicking the link and entering the primary DOB was enough and this form was only for 18+ people *also* looking for a BAEC account. Had a submitted the form originally, I would have saved 30+ minutes of cycling through resending the invitation link, logging out, seeing the account member was still pending, logging in, resending the link, etc.
