Yes, i had issue that my middle name was placed in the first name box as FIRST MIDDLE and on BA my first name was in the first name box and the middle name in the middle name box. This was enough to make it think the names didn't match..i sent a request to QR for a name change, which included a copy of passport and they fixed it within 24 hrs
@TTmex- I’m running into the same problem with my P2. I assume I entered First Name Middle name in the “first name” field when I created his accounts. However, when I pull up his profile on QR, the middle name is listed separately in the “middle name” box. What’s puzzling to me is that, when I pretend to create new accounts with BA and QR, both sites only ask for First and Last names, there is no middle name field. Does QR somehow separate the first and middle names after the account was created? I’m trying to understand this so I can figure out which account to “correct”. Objective is to move his points in QR to BA. He has no points in BA so creating a new account is an option however now I’m really confused as to how to include his middle name on BA to match his passport. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
