Must use app to select choice benefits
I tried to access the Choice Benefits selection page today on the website.

Each time I clicked on the link, I was directed to a page that told me how to download the DL app for my phone. Tried three different browsers with the same result.

Gave up and called the DM line. Was told that the choice benefit selection option was no longer supported on the website. It can only be accessed via the phone app.

Was there an announcement that I missed? What other functionality is going to be removed from the website?
