Breakfast

RUC cleared 10 min before boarding so no pre-order; online menu had the following options but was offered choice of quiche, french toast, or overnight oats (which was supposed to be one of the pre-order only exclusives, so maybe catering messed up there?). Also interestingly FEBO wasn't followed on an even-numbered flight, but I think there were only a handful of us in F who didn't pre-order.

Cheddar Frittata roasted potatoes, red peppers, onions
Three Cheese Quiche mushroom and poblano pepper cream, chicken sausage
French Toast orange mascarpone, strawberry compote, maple butter

SFO catering has IME been pretty meh and quiche was just alright (cream sauce was good, egg/cheese part was kinda powdery and the sausages tasted about how you'd expect):

Side of yogurt was decent but very sweet, croissant was room temperature.

Outstanding BOS-based flight leader - full PDB and many, many rounds of drink refills and snack basket passes offered during the flight. Also interestingly - this was on one of the newer 321neos (N591DT, delivered a few months ago) and I swear the F seat cushion is thicker/more padded than previous flights (for once my tailbone wasn't in pain at the end of the flight and I didn't have to use the pillow/blanket for cushioning), so maybe DL has indeed gotten around to replacing them/ordering new cushions?
