Not sure if has been reported yet, but some minor reservations are a mess. The 13-17 year old who should be able to travel alone cannot check in online and a parent needs to go to the check in counter and give them an emergency contact. Even if you put that contact in at booking, these reservations throw an error and do not allow online check in. They also thrown an error that provides a link to where you can "enter emergency contact information" but that functionality does not exist at the linked page. So for those with seasoned travelers who you usually drop at the curb with a carry on, this is a PIA, you have to go park, wait in line and then go through the process of entering the emergency contact info. The gate agents in LAX are sympathetic to this, they see it all day. There is no way to fix this online, via chat or by calling.
