I have mixed feelings regarding the Park Hyatt. Here are my impressions and photos:

Pros:

• Upgraded to a Park Suite prior to arrival
• Living room couch was very comfortable
• Nice views towards the Gulf
• Breakfast was very good - great salmon Benedict, tiramisu on the buffet, great fresh big dosa, good pancakes, good cappuccino ice cream, French toast wasn’t great and hashbrowns could be improved - still generally a good breakfast

Neutral:

• Shower pressure was very misty - it was fine and done by design but not necessarily my favorite
• I was able to get 3 PM late checkout, but they did seem a bit hesitant

Cons:

• I did not like the bed - pillows were overly firm, mattress was pretty firm, covers were plush for the climate, though
• AC in bedroom noticeably weaker and less effective than in the living room - both Engineering and Guest Relations claimed this was normal

I liked the breakfast, but probably wouldn’t jump at returning.
