This is disappointing. Is there an option to select your meal (on website or app?) before the flight? This might help with their meal planning?
I will be flying LHR-SDO on the 777-300er, which has 8 seats in First. There was only 1 seat remaining after we booked 3 seats ; we intentionally left the bassinet seat available for any parent who may need it. Anyhow, I imagine we will have a full 8 on our return to SFO, and will manage my expectations about menu item availability. I had seen the lobster starter on earlier menu posts and was looking forward to trying that one.
