We are not as well and I think this is a big reason why many PE fares are very overpriced. They know that many companies don't allow Business Class but will allow PE. So they take advantage of this.
I flew to Madrid for work and took my wife. Since I could fly PE but needed to pay for my wife, I ended up going EWR-YUL-MAD on Air Canada to get a reasonable premium economy fare. The upside to this was the delicious Caesars at the MLL.
