I think you've answered your own question.

It's bigger and better for the reasons you listed. There's something like four or five types of suites that they sell as 'standard suites' and that you can use an SUA to get into. IIRC Deer Valley with Balcony is the largest; Deer Valley is also fine. Then there are some junior suites which I wouldn't really consider a suite at all, but which you can use an SUA to get into if you want.
