I sure appreciate customer service being there when I needed them. I recently, accidentally, made two overlapping reservations for the same property. I had been there since Wednesday morning. All of the sudden Friday night a new reservation is about to start. I called the globalist line at 10 pm and they were able to transfer it to two weeks in the future. They helped me to Dodge a Bullet!
