What I don’t like seeing is that all of the partner credits- Apple, Peloton, Stubhub and Lyft- have specific end dates (all in 2027) in the T&Cs. I realize that may just be the current contractual term and that Chase may well expect some to be renewed, but it also opens up the possibility that the value proposition may change in just about 2 years time.
I think I'd be "more alright" with that if Chase was going to be more lenient with SUBs in the context of cycles of refreshes. Offense to chase (yes, offense), but if they're going to mess with a card on
this scale on a "regular" basis it's also offensive to not let people sign back up after a refresh if they've taken a few years off.
(Of course, I never got a CSR SUB - my CSR card is actually my old Amtrak card.)
