I booked Qatar metal from JFK and I have an eight hour and 10 minute connection in Doha but I did it through Alaska Airlines because it was about $3000 cheaper than Qatar Air website. They’re emailing and saying I’m not eligible for a transit Hotel Is that true or should I call and push the issue? Is there any other way to get a cheaper hotel if I want to go somewhere? If not, I will likely just take advantage of the pool and spa in the airport.
