Well my Private Client Banker just told me they may be making changes.... I just had a call with her, and I told her I was looking for a new bank because of this. She asked me to hold off on jumping ship as they have had a lot of complaints, and they maybe doing something about it. I told her I wasn't interested in doing business with a company that would devalue what I have already earned in rewards by 33% greater than inflation, and they are keeping that value from me interest free already.

Anyway, just thought I would share that update.
