I would advise against it. You couldnt pay me to spend time outside now in Dubai (I live here) it is pure torture if not in a pool and it will only get worse over the next weeks with increased humidity every week.
Yes, you could theoretically do it like 6am or 10pm, but I'd personally not have done it.
