I think you have gotten the wrong impression from my post. 777 crowding is bad but 350 is better, especially if you're not in a middle seat. IFE is the best in the world in my opinion and their awards for this are richly deserved. I'm not surprised if United has some better features than Cathay Y in a premium class but in a Y to Y comparison I doubt I would ever choose United instead.
