You cannot transfer Asia Miles to a different FFP (like the Qatar Privilege Club) which uses Avios as its frequent-flyer "currency." You can, however, opt to earn Qatar PC Avios on a Cathay Pacific flight by putting your Qatar Privilege Club number instead of your Cathay Asia Miles number in your Cathay Pacific booking. If that is what you wish to do, it is best to make the Cathay Pacific reservation without first signing into your Asia Miles account.
