The .... show continues
Check in was slow at T5 this morning. Bags were being tagged but we were instead asked to put them in a specific area towards the corner. They then let us know that there was a chance our bags wouldn’t make it. Got the email (same as above) while boarding my BA flight to Edinburgh around 7AM. Oddly enough they reassured us on the PA onboard that all bags have made it onto the aircraft and we should disregard the email as everything was up and running at 6:30AM. There was chaos upon landing where half the passengers got no luggage. Baggage desk in the arrivals hall made us fill in the usual forms. They aren’t able to track where the bag is as they say they get an error message when they do so. No bags arrived on the next flight after. Hopeful they’re able to sort this mess out. Not the best arriving on a vacation with nothing.
