I'm going to go ahead and say that ultimate service line only being available between 9:00 - 17:00 CE(S)T on weekdays is actually quite annoying. The PSL agents are all very friendly and they really do their best, but somehow it ends up being such a back and forth almost every time.

The saga of moving my flight is still not resolved!
