Mixed experiences. I think I have claimed EC261 compensation twice from them, both times paid relatively quickly and without argument - save for all the silly form and disclaimer signing. I think they stick relatively well to their legal obligations. Definitely not in the same league as BA who will sometimes go above and beyond.
They seem to have an issue of late where they take months (and I am talking 5 or 6 months) to reply to cases.
