I am fairly sure there are stairs (as of my ride last week). And if the youtube videos show the same, there are definitely stairs, as any 62 bus I've taken in the last 5 years has been "old".

The 62 also has no luggage racks and the drivers always drive hard (no complaints there, better than being slow), but that means there's a lot of sliding and bouncing on the ride.
