It depends which airline and Business Class seat you prefer.

The Club World seat is not your conventional Business Class seat. Personally, I miss the legrest support for the back of the legs for when seated watching a video or even eating. Due to the design of the Club World seat, there is not a legrest however a foot stool instead. Consequently for this to be of use, the seat has to be partially reclined unless u are really tall and L__ Shaped....

However in FIRST the seat is a little more clever. The foot rest actually forms part of the bed itself moving to reach 90 degrees to an initial vertical position as the whole seat slides. The legrest can be stopped at any intermediate angle. I quite like around a 30 degree angle. Consequently a much more comfortable position can be attained.

Furthermore the portions of food are greater in FIRST, you get you're own bread basket and more traditional crockery. Feel free to take a look at my trip review (Skip to the pictures if you wish!).
