The Freedom, by itself EARNS 1.5x on everything. You would REDEEM those points for 1cpp on anything (Travel portal or just cash).

If you transferred your Freedom points to the OLD CSR, you could REDEEM them for 1.5cpp on Chase Travel, effectively gives you 2.25% on your Freedom spend.

With that going away, your guaranteed redemption value would be 1.5% if you transferred points from Freedom to the NEW CSR, with the potential for 3.0% if you booked on Chase Travel and found the right 2x “Points Boost” opportunity.
