The Chase portal is indeed a poor value to rent a car. However, Costco is also overrated. I've yet to see them be the cheapest when compared to Autoslash or Priceline.
NONE of the travel portals/OTA's pricing ever compares to Priceline for car rentals. I don't even bother to check to compare any longer. Hell, some of the sites charge DOUBLE of what Priceline does every time we go to Maui.
