I have never actually received a folio for my prepaid FHR stays as I never leave the hotel with actual charges (I make sure my spend is fully covered with the credit before I leave). The one time I attempted to get a folio was at Ritz Residences Waikiki, and that ended in a whole argument as they said they had no record of what I paid (I still ended up getting points). I believe mine have always posted, but you’re right - I wouldn’t have a good way to argue on a prepaid stay.
