More than likely official ticket distributors have their own in house reselling system and they'll go for face value rather than inflated values that you can see through US sites like Ticketmaster or Stubhub, etc.

I think it's a good change.. least everyone who enters the lottery has a fair chance rather than first come first serve or paying inflated amounts to scalpers.
I see the merits, though not having as many choices for seating is frustrating.
There are times when I might only want to pay the minimum (or less), and others when I'd be willing to pay extra for a better seat. The current pricing means there are only 3-4 groups (though with so many standing only tix there is flexibility there).

The advance/fan club thing is frustrating, as I can't really follow which club has which bands/arenas. I am primarily interested in non-Japanese artists. Plus now I am getting flooded with 2-3 emails a day from Loppi.
