You are correct, the gardens here are nowhere near as large or magnificent as Mamounia's. They are more passageways between riads and different areas of the hotel than bonafide 'gardens'. Still, they are enchanting.
Can't speak to the dining room (there are four different ones) and michelin stars, as i don't follow such things.
It's been a couple years, but all three dinners we ate there were fantastic. Sesamo in particular.
