I ended up catching the Primera Plus bus several times during my move from Mexico City airport Terminal 2, straight to Querétaro.

Catch the bus on the lower level of the terminal, last gate #4. I found it to better access than any other bus terminals in the city, especially if someone has a lot of luggage because there's no extra charge. And outside and inside of gate 4 you can find random carts to haul your stuff.

I think that's the only bus service including ADO bus service in Mexico I will use.

They have two single seats in the rear too. I didn't have any issues with the restrooms being back there and they are more modern too with a main door separating the two.
