I was just thinking of this issue when changing into my pyjamas on a 777-200 Polaris flight The lavatory is quite small and ensures i get some flexibility exercise in at the beginning and end of my flights.

Whilst changing back into street clothes I thought to myself I am so glad I no longer have a baby as there was nowhere to change a diaper/nappy in comparison when I flew with a baby and toddler there was always room.

Parents needing to change their child's diaper/nappy on the floor or seat is just so unhygienic for the child and the rest of the people who will walk/seat themselves there.

I do hope the airline will think about this issue for the design of lavatories on new designs.
