Meal question AA 179 JFK-SFO in F

Hi

I've just made a reservation for the AA 179 JFK to SFO leaving at 09.15 AM in the First Class Cabine (bi-class plane) and the agency told me that the only meal on that 6h20 l flight is a breakfast.

No lunch or sandwich before landing ?
