You can get a multi-trip/annual policy for ~250 in most cases and be covered for the year. I have one via Allianz, and it worked great last January when AA was doing AA things and I had to spend the night in DFW. More than paid for itself on that claim alone.
I take 1 - 2 trips the most annually so hardly anything. I thought this trip would cover me for duration of my 10 days travel to 2 countries but it looks like it is only for the one way trip only. i would cancel and save $29.
